Medley Studio classes are intimate, hands-on cake decorating experiences led by a Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplômée with specialist training from the Peggy Porchen Academy. Small groups, professional technique, and a genuinely beautiful result to take home.

What To Expect
Each session runs for approximately 3 hours in a hired studio space in London, with a maximum of 6 guests. You will learn professional cake decorating techniques, ganache finishing, buttercream application and piping, guided step by step at your own pace. Every guest leaves with a decorated cake, new skills and a thoroughly good afternoon.
No baking experience necessary. All materials, tools and equipment are provided.
