If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a genuine quality issue with your items, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo of the affected item. We will review every case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit toward a future order.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for: change of mind after collection or delivery, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or delays caused by third-party couriers once an order has left our kitchen.

Collection

Orders are available for collection at a time confirmed at checkout or via direct communication with Medley Catering. Please arrive within your allocated collection window — we are unable to guarantee freshness or quality for orders collected significantly later than the agreed time.

Delivery — London

We deliver across London via licensed courier (Uber). Delivery cost is calculated based on distance from our kitchen and will be confirmed before checkout is complete. Delivery windows are arranged directly with each client based on order requirements.

Delivery — Outside London

We do not currently offer delivery outside London. Clients located outside our delivery radius are welcome to arrange their own courier or collection on our behalf; Medley Catering is not responsible for the condition of items once collected by a third-party courier arranged by the client.

Please note: as a small, handmade catering business, all delivery and collection times are estimates and may be subject to slight delay during high-demand periods such as bank holidays and religious or seasonal celebrations.
