Delivery & Collection

Each Medley order is made with care. We currently offer collection and local delivery within London, subject to availability and confirmation.

Signature selections: require at least 24 hours’ notice. Hosting collections and bespoke cakes: please allow at least 7 days. Certain designs, quantities and busy dates may require longer. Minimum notice does not guarantee availability for a particular date.

Delivery is available only within our confirmed London service area. The charge is calculated separately and must be confirmed before payment. We do not currently offer nationwide or international delivery.

Collection is arranged for an agreed date and time. We will confirm the collection details with your order; please do not travel before receiving confirmation.

Include your requested date and London postcode in your enquiry. We will confirm availability, collection or delivery arrangements and any separate delivery charge before accepting your order.
