Bespoke cake commissions start from £250, excluding delivery. Your final quote depends on size, flavour and design; intricate decoration, specialist toppers and larger cakes cost more. Please allow at least 7 days’ notice. Signature collection cakes retain their listed prices.

Review and send the draft by email or WhatsApp. We confirm availability, final details and the complete price before accepting an order. Orders are arranged personally by email or WhatsApp; online payment is not available on this website.

Signature cakes require at least 24 hours’ notice. Patisserie and gift boxes require at least 48 hours. Bespoke cakes and hosting orders require at least 7 days. Please confirm availability for your date.

Yes, Medley offers collection and London-area delivery where available. Delivery is charged separately. Confirm the collection or delivery details and the final charge during ordering.

Delivery is London-only. We do not offer nationwide or international delivery. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, contact Medley before ordering.

We will confirm the complete price and payment arrangements directly before accepting your order. This website does not take online payments.

Keep products with fresh cream, mascarpone, cream-cheese or dairy ganache fillings refrigerated at 0–5°C. They are best enjoyed on the day received. Consume by the use-by date supplied with your order, and no later than three days from production. A shorter stated use-by date takes priority.

The three-day maximum starts at production, not delivery. Your order label will give the specific use-by date. This guidance applies to fresh dairy fillings; it does not assign the same storage life to every baked product containing butter or milk.
