A delicately balanced vanilla celebration cake with light vanilla sponge, whipped white-chocolate mascarpone and homemade raspberry compote. Choose The Signature ganache finish or The Unveiled exposed-layer finish.
Serving guide
As a guide, choose a 6-inch cake for approximately 10–12 dessert portions, or an 8-inch cake for approximately 20–24. Portions depend on the finished cake height and how you slice it.

Storage & enjoying your cake
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C, in its box and away from raw food. Best enjoyed on the day received. Consume by the use-by date supplied with your order, and no later than three days from production. A shorter stated use-by date takes priority.
